It’s been a while that I really want to re-start sharing a bit more about my life in Paris, the things I do and the places I frequent.
You cannot even imagine the amount of photos I have accumulated from 2014 that I still haven’t shown you… I’m always taking photos but then can’t manage to have enough time to work on them… If only I could afford an assistant ^^
Anyways I’m now determined to really start making those posts no matter what… for example I’m not a huge fan of mixing my Fashion Week posts with other type but then there’s so many that I’m beginning to think you might get bored with so many at once instead of diversifying the content in between.
So today I want to share with you the photos I took on a day I went with my friend Lali from This is (my) Paris, to what is now officially (imo) the cutest coffee shop in Paris: Le Pavillon des Canaux.
This place was opened last summer and despite all my efforts with my full-time job and other commitments I never managed to go… then they closed it for renovations for a while and just recently re-opened. Let me tell you the wait was well worth it.
What I love most about this place is that you feel as if you were at someone’s house, you can drink and eat in the living-room, kitchen, bedrooms and even the bathroom (in a bathtub hell yeah!). But not only that, the place is ridiculously cute!
It’s like every pinterester and instagrammer’s dream, full of colors, shapes and patterns… they pay attention to every little detail and it’s perfect!
The food and drinks are reasonably priced and good, the staff is just adorable and so friendly.
I think the only flaw I find in it is that it’s so far from where I live, like it literally couldn’t be farther. I live in the south-west of Paris and it is in the north-east… but you know what? I like it so much I’m still willing to make the trip just to hang there 🙂
Haha ok, I’m just realizing this is starting to sound like a commercial… so just to make it clear, this is not a sponsored post (I wish haha) I just really like it and think it deserves the praise.
I believe that with these photos you’ll understand what the fuss is all about… and if you come to Paris and have the time, you really should make a stop if you can.
Can you guess which one is my favorite room? 😉
Have a lovely day!
xx
